The crane adopts new production processes with automatic, clean and explosion-proof functions. It can be used in dust-free semiconductor workshops with an air cleanliness level of 4 (the national standard is 7) (that is, no more than 10,000 0.1μm particles per cubic meter). The explosion-proof grade of the crane is dIICT4; thus, it can be used in workshops with flammable and explosive gases.
The crane is controlled by the computer in the central control room to automatically run the reduction furnace and silicon rod tools among the reduction furnace platform, cleaning platform, transfer platform, rod removal tools and other positions according to the set route.
The crane adopts a lightweight and maintenance-free design and uses a large number of anti-static, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. The wheels are made of stainless steel materials with stainless steel slots on both sides of the track, the reducer is fully enclosed with no oil leakage, the high protection grade fan-free explosion-proof motor is adopted, and the dual seal brake can prevent the leakage of pollution particles caused by transmission wear in the motor effectively. The wheelset of the cart is fully enclosed, with stainless steel wheels and other parts with anti-rust treatment on the surface, effectively preventing corrosion and pollution. The self-lubricating fully-sealed bearings are adopted to avoid lubrication pollution.
The cart and trolley traveling mechanisms adopt laser bar code positioning. The laser bar code positioning reader of the trolley is installed on the trolley, and the bar code belt is installed on the web of the main beam of the cart. The laser positioning reader of the cart is installed on the end beam, and the bar code belt is installed on the U-shaped dust-collecting slot.
1. Automatic operation mode:
When conducting the hoisting work, use the explosion-proof remote control to hook the lifting appliances manually on the site, select the corresponding function on the remote control, and then indicate the start of operation via the sound and light alarm. After confirming the key point of operation by the site operator with the explosion-proof remote control, the crane automatically reaches the target position in accordance with the pre-set route to lift the reduction furnace or rod removal tools. After the completion of the action, an alarm is raised.
In the running, in case of any problems, suspend the crane; after the problem is solved, press the continue button to continue the operation. In the event of an emergency fault, press the emergency stop button on the remote control to stop the crane operation.
2. Manual operation mode:
Rotate the switch of the explosion-proof control cabinet to the "manual" mode, and the field staff can operate the crane manually via the explosion-proof button to control the operation of each mechanism. The remote control and stick control are interlocked, and only one control mode can be used at one time.
