There are many lifting speeds and pulley magnifications available for selection. The standard trolley traveling mechanism is controlled by a frequency converter, with a speed of 5/0.8m/min, which reduces the swing of goods hoisted when the trolley moves and increases the positioning accuracy. It can be used safely and reliably to lift precision valuables.
The design strictly follows the relevant FEM standards.

The drum is made of high-quality seamless steel pipe after processing by a numerically-controlled machine tool. The precision-machined rope groove on the drum with the rope guide can effectively prevent the looseness and disorder of the rope.
The wire rope adopts the imported high-strength wire rope with a tensile strength of 2,160 N/m2, having high safety and long service life.
The standard rope guide is made of engineering plastics with strong wear resistance and good self-lubrication performance, which greatly reduces the wear of the main stressed safety component of the wire rope, thus enhancing the safety of the lifting mechanism. In addition, according to different use conditions, the heavy-duty rope guide made by ductile iron can also be provided.
The double-winding squirrel-cage pole-changing motor is used to achieve a 1:6 speed ratio. The motor casing is made of aluminum alloy, with good heat dissipation. A fan is installed at the end of the lifting motor to enhance the cooling effect. All lifting motors have thermistors (or thermal switches) embedded in their windings to prevent possible motor overheating.
The motor insulation class is F, and the protection class is IP54.
An encoder can be added to the variable frequency lifting motor and is usually installed directly on the fan shaft end of the motor.
The lifting motor is equipped with a double-disc electromagnetic brake. The brake is integrated at the end of the motor and can automatically close when the motor is powered off to prevent the load from slipping off. The brake clearance is set for the first time without subsequent manual adjustments (the clearance can be adjusted by itself through the brake spring). When the thickness of the brake pad is lower than the set value, it can automatically give an alarm through the additional monitor switch, prompting the user to replace it. The double-disc electromagnetic brake is safe and reliable. The braking torque is not less than 1.8 times the rated torque of the motor, the braking frequency can reach 1 million times, and there is no need to maintain in the safe use cycle.
The reducer housing is made of aluminum alloy, with light weight and strong corrosion resistance. The semi-greasy lubricant in the fully sealed housing allows all gears to be fully lubricated, and there is no need to change the lubricant during the designed safe use cycle.
Each gear has experienced surface hardening and high-precision grinding to ensure the smooth operation of the reducer.
★ The upper and lower limit switches of the steel-wire rope type electric hoist adopt the precise gear-driven limit switch, which can reliably cut off the power circuit to stop the motor when the hook moves to the upper or lower limit position.
★ Overload protector: The steel-wire rope type electric hoist uses an electronic overload protector (with a safety monitor) to ensure that the total lifting weight will not exceed the rated lifting weight of the bridge. When the tension of the wire rope is greater than 105% of the rated value, the overload protector can automatically cut off the lifting circuit.
★ Safety monitor (optional): It can achieve a variety of functions according to user requirements:
1. The traveling mechanism adopts the three-in-one structure of "motor + gear reducer + wheel", and the trolley on the double beams is driven by two sides.
2. The traveling frequency and speed control reduces the shaking of the goods hoisted, enhances the safety of the operation, shortens the time required for the operation cycle, and improves the production efficiency.
3. All bearings are self-lubricating, and their arrangement can effectively absorb the horizontal force.
4. All gears of the reducer are carburized and hardened on the surface to reduce noise. All gears must be ground or shaved, and the gearbox does not need to change oil during its service life.
5. The brake can be operated reliably for more than 1 million times.
6. The protection class of the whole traveling mechanism is IP54, and the insulation class of the drive motor is F.
7. The whole mechanism is designed in accordance with maintenance-free requirements.
