Giving full play to its green and high-quality development advantages in intelligent manufacturing, Henan Kuangshan Crane Co., Ltd. implements a quality strategy to help Baosteel achieve green manufacturing in its dedicated production line for low-loss oriented silicon steel products with an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons.

From June 26 to 28, the A-inspection expert team composed of Baosteel Silicon Steel Division, China MCC 20 Group Co., Ltd., Ouyeel Industrial Products Co., Ltd., Shanghai Baosteel Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., Dalian Baoxin Hoisting Technology Co., Ltd., and BSIT inspected the cranes for Baosteel’s oriented silicon steel product structure optimization (two-step) project contracted by Henan Kuangshan Crane Co., Ltd. It turned out that the quality control was strict, the equipment was in good condition, and the products met the technical agreement and A-inspection standard. That marked the products successfully passed the A-inspection.

The cranes for this project are partially controlled by no man, equipped with a wireless positioning and tracking system. The cranes adopt variable frequency, energy-saving and efficient.
The project team reviewed all information on the crane in detail and found that every inspection item complied with the requirements of the A inspection outline. A inspection experts spoke highly of the company’s quality control system and product quality inspection results.

The company’s management office of major projects assigned relevant personnel from the process department, technology department, quality assurance department and production department to cooperate with the A-inspection by strictly controlling the details. The A-inspection work was a complete success.
